In September 2026, Eric delivered a 90 minute Microsoft 365 Copilot workshop for FDQ Limited (Food and Drink Qualifications) in Leeds, covering prompt briefs, custom instructions, Outlook and Teams, Copilot Notebooks and safe data handling. He has also delivered a complete 12 week AI training course for the AI Vision Community, one practical topic each week.
Eric publishes practical AI explainers on the Eric Explains AI YouTube channel and shares workplace AI guidance on LinkedIn.

AI Vision Consulting is Newcastle-based and supports wider UK audiences through remote delivery. Local in-person work can be discussed according to the engagement.
