The optional AI voice assistant uses a small amount of browser storage rather than cookies. It remembers that you dismissed its prompt, so you are not asked twice, and it counts how many conversations you have started during a visit, so the assistant is not left running indefinitely.

This information stays in your own browser. It is not sent to us, it does not identify you, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

If you start a conversation, ElevenLabs, which provides the assistant, may also set its own storage in order to run the call. Our Privacy Policy explains what is processed during a conversation.

4. Third-Party Services

When you follow external links or use third-party tools (for example, external booking or email services), those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies.
