Free foundation training is available to UK adults through the government’s AI Skills Hub, and we recommend it as a starting point. A paid session works with your own approved files, licence and role, with live feedback as you practise.

What we will work through
We map the trigger, inputs, decisions and output of one process. You identify which steps follow fixed rules and which need human judgement.
We sketch a small automation and test one step with approved sample data, including a failure and a handover to a person.
