Start with free foundation training if it meets your needs
Free foundation training is available to UK adults through the government’s AI Skills Hub, and we recommend it as a starting point. A paid session works with your own approved files, licence and role, with live feedback as you practise.

What we will work through
We check which Copilot experience you have, then practise one approved task using a goal, context, sources and expected format.
You compare the answer with the source and record which instructions and review steps you can reuse.
Before you book
Bring a laptop, access to your organisation-approved Microsoft 365 account and fictional or approved anonymised material. We check the required licence, app and permissions before booking. Licences and usage charges are separate.

Does this include vendor certification?
No. This is independent practical training and does not provide vendor certification. Any awarded CPD accreditation would be identified separately on this page.
