Free foundation training is available to UK adults through the government’s AI Skills Hub, and we recommend it as a starting point. A paid session works with your own approved files, licence and role, with live feedback as you practise.

What we will work through
Bring one recurring writing, planning or research task. We build a brief with a clear goal, useful context, approved sources and a definition of a good answer.
We compare two versions, check unsupported claims and keep the instructions that improve the result.
Before you book
Bring a laptop, a tightly scoped task and public, fictional or approved anonymised examples. We agree the tool and required account before booking. Software subscriptions and usage credits are separate.
