Illustrative workspace for practical AI learning

Start with free foundation training if it meets your needs

Free foundation training is available to UK adults through the government’s AI Skills Hub, and we recommend it as a starting point. A paid session works with your own approved files, licence and role, with live feedback as you practise.

Who this session is for

People who write reports, briefings and summaries from approved workplace sources.

What we will work through

We build a document outline from a short source pack, draft one section and improve its structure and tone.

You inspect quotations, remove unsupported claims and mark information that still needs an answer.

Before you book

Bring a laptop, access to your organisation-approved Microsoft 365 account and fictional or approved anonymised material. We check the required licence, app and permissions before booking. Licences and usage charges are separate.

Copilot can omit context or invent a detail. Verify statements and quotations against approved sources before distributing the document.
