1. Who We Are

Eric Nwankwo, trading as AI Vision Consulting, is responsible for processing your personal data when you use this website, contact us, or engage our services.

2. Data We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, enquiry details, and any information you submit through our contact form.

If you use the optional AI voice assistant, we also process what you say during the conversation and a written transcript of it. Section 6 explains this in full.

We may also collect limited technical data required to run and secure the website, such as browser and device metadata.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, improve our website, and communicate service-related information.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, we process data under one or more lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests.

5. Data Sharing and Retention

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary for delivering website and communication functions (for example, form delivery providers, ElevenLabs for the AI voice assistant, and Cal.com for scheduling calls).

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal requirements, or dispute resolution.

6. AI Voice Assistant

This website offers an optional AI voice assistant called Joe. It is not a person and it is not Eric Nwankwo, although it speaks with a synthetic copy of his voice. It never starts on its own: a conversation only begins when you choose to start one and grant your browser microphone permission, and you can end it at any time.

During a conversation we process the audio of what you say for as long as the call is running, together with a written transcript of the conversation. If you ask to book a discovery call, we also process the details you give for that purpose, which are your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and what you tell us you want to achieve with AI.

Call audio is not recorded or stored. The written transcript is retained so that we can follow up on your enquiry and check the assistant is answering accurately.

The assistant is provided by ElevenLabs, which processes the audio and transcript on our behalf, using an underlying language model supplied through its platform. If you choose to book a call, your booking details are sent to Cal.com, which manages our calendar. These providers are located outside the United Kingdom, so this involves an international transfer of personal data, made under the safeguards in their respective data processing terms.

We rely on your consent for the conversation itself, since you choose to start it. Where you ask us to book a call or pass your details to us, we process that information to take steps at your request and to respond to your enquiry.

Please do not share confidential, financial or special category information with the assistant, and do not enter information belonging to your employer that you are not authorised to share. If you would rather not speak to an AI at all, you can email us, call us, or use the contact form instead, and you can ask the assistant for a human at any point.

You can ask us to delete a transcript at any time by emailing eric.nwankwo@aivisionconsulting.co.uk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.
